If you are in an MLM business and you’re not setting goals you will not have success… period.
And it’s not just about having one big gigantic goal like I want to earn $100,000 annually, you also have to have little mini goals along the way. Otherwise you will look at that big goal and think “wow that’s really far away I’m never going to achieve my goal!” Therefor put together goals that are big enough that you will have to push yourself to achieve them, but small enough that they can actually be reached.
You don’t want to be unrealistic but you want to push yourself a bit too! I’m very passionate about goal setting because it’s how you see if you’re on the right road to prosperity or not. You should be able to look at your main goal and look at your baby goals and see what you have already achieved and what you have yet to accomplish . If it’s been some time since you’ve hit a baby goal you most likely want to step things up a bit. And without those baby checkpoints along the way you might think you’re headed in the right direction when really you’re not headed anywhere.
Also, when you have small goals you can look back and see everything that you have accomplished thus far. At times it can be so frustrating when you haven’t reached your goal yet but if you are able to look back and say “wow look how far I’ve come and look how many goals I’ve already achieved !” it will keep you motivated to go on and do even better! So if you don’t have any goals lined up for your MLM Network Marketing business do it right now!
