Who is Marc?

Marc is a husband, father and professional networker. Marc and his family live in Seattle, Washington.

Career

Marc’s career in information technology and data security started in 1992 when he began five years of service as a Computer and Communications Officer in the United States Air Force. He worked at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia and Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, LA. He also served a short tour in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Shield.

After leaving the Air Force as a Captain, Marc entered the civilian world filling a variety of technical roles including help desk supervisor, network administrator, and network and information security consultant. His jobs lead him progressively west and north across the U.S., from Dallas to San Francisco and finally to Seattle.

Marc has been a speaker at numerous technical conferences and seminars, has written several Cisco white papers and contributed to a published study guide for Cisco certification. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Tampa in 1991 and has been a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) since 2000.

Business

In the spring of 2006, Marc was searching online for a way to help him 20-30 pounds. He kept seeing references to a system that was helping people quickly and safely lose weight. He decided to give it a try and ordered it online.

Marc lost 12 pounds in the first 11 days. He continued to use the weight loss system and by the end of that summer Marc had lost 31 pounds.

He has also helped many people build their own home-based health businesses using both online and real-world marketing strategies.
